Employee Referral Bonus

360 IT Professionals, Inc provides generous referral rewards to its employees. A referral bonus for our current employees is available if the candidate is hired. The referral bonus is based on the candidate’s Education, Experience and Skills as well as the nature of the position such as temporary, permanent, contract, part-time, full-time, exempt, non-exempt, managerial or non-managerial. Once the new hire completes 90 days probation period, the bonus is paid to the referring employee. Bonuses will be made through Payroll and are subject to tax withholding and deductions, if applicable. Referral Bonus in not available to officers, directors, managers, supervisors, Human Resources associates, former associates and temporary contractors or consultants.

VP Strategic Planning & Client Services

Responsible for all aspects of customer relationships and marketing services for all clients. Support client's requests and engineering solutions to the unique challenges given by the client base. Post go-live customer support, professional consultation and internal process development. Assist clients by troubleshooting issues, answering questions and ensuring clients objectives are met, provide expert client support techniques, methods and tools, coordinate multiple accounts of small to medium scale, and include developing task schedules, track client requests and managing the progress of each task through the ticket life cycle. Research and analyze market trends to develop marketing strategies and objectives. Formulate and coordinate marketing campaigns and evet publications. Develop and determine pricing strategies. Review marketing and sales reports to determine progress and revise objectives as needed in order to increase profitability. Manage marketing budget. Manage team of designers. Lead a team in marketing presentation and events. Direct marketing, sales team in coordinating with clients globally. Analyze and recommend new product for market expansion. Identify and negotiate software development and IT consulting contracts. Responsible for client's account management, sales management, business development and marketing management.

Software Engineers

Requirement gathering, software design, development, and testing of computer applications in multiple phases of project life cycle development. Provide technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives. Formulate cutting-edge product breakthroughs, defining architecture and product functionality. Design and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Confer with engineering staff and determine feasibility of design and specifications to evaluate interface between hardware and software performance required of the entire systems within time and cost constraints. Create and develop test plans and support Quality Assurance. Develop automation for software testing.

Business Development Analysts

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and conduct work simplification and measurement studies to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Gather data and information for end-user requirements. Analyze data gathered, study current issues, and determine possible issues for present operating procedures. Develop information and consider available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding including organizational change, communications, information flow, and integrated production methods. Work closely with cross functional team members to understand business and functional requirements to develop logical and physical design and communication plan and strategy, and test plan and test cases to fulfill all requirements. Develop business and operating procedures to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work. Prepare reports of findings by illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Document detailed functional requirements and user cases. Organize and document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Confer with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedure. Track project progress and report project status to Business and Information management units utilizing knowledge of Management Plan and Control Systems, Management Information Systems, Financial Management, and Quantitative Method in Managerial Decision Making.

Quality Assurance Engineers

Create and review test plans, scenarios, and automated test scripts. Write the test plan and strategies by analyzing and converting system design and business requirements, identifying scope and objective of testing, determining testing cycle based on project deadlines, and identifying potential issues and resource capabilities. Develop the implementation approach and the types of testing to be performed (Unit, Integration, Regression, Functional, Performance etc), identify the Test Cases, and develop verification and validation criteria. Responsible for developing tools and services and code automated tests to effectively analyze and test the application code. Develop Troubleshooting and Test Record Maintenance Guidelines, and identify gaps in test execution and ensure the gaps are within Tolerance Levels. Follow the process to assure that standards and procedures are established and are followed throughout the life cycle of the product. Control changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team members. Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, designs or potential problems.

Product Manager

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company services and to provide sales support.
